At Glowing Growth, our Mentorship Program reflects our commitment to both service quality and community development within the field of behaviour analysis. Through BCBA supervision, student placements, monthly journal club discussions, on-site certification training, ongoing therapist training, and peer support groups, we ensure that each team member is supported in their professional growth. These initiatives allow us to provide high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable community dedicated to advancing the practice of behaviour analysis.

BCBA/R.B.A Supervision
Our on-site BCBA/R.B.A supervision, provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Analysts (R.B.A) in Ontario, offers a structured schedule of direct and indirect supervision for therapists. This ensures guidance and consistent support for our team in delivering high-quality services.

BCBA CEUS
As an approved ACE provider, we proudly offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for BCBAs, supporting their ongoing education and certification requirements.
Peer Support Group
All staff at Glowing Growth participate in weekly peer support groups, where they can discuss their work, share insights, and engage in mutual learning. These groups foster a collaborative environment where staff can support and learn from each other.
Student Placement
We regularly welcome placement students from a variety of colleges and universities, providing valuable field experience and fostering growth within the next generation of behavior analysts.

Core Competency Program
Our initial therapist training program ensures that all new therapists meet our established criteria, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge to begin providing effective services.
Mental Health Support
Our dedicated mental health support group includes team members focused on the well-being of both clients and therapists. Understanding the potential challenges therapists face, this group is available to provide resources and emotional support as needed.
