Before that, she worked as a Communicative Disorders Assistant for three years, gaining valuable experience in the field. As a neurodiversity affirming SLP with knowledge and training in Natural Language Acquisition and Gestalt Language Processing, , Jennifer believes that every child is unique and should be encouraged to be themselves. Her therapy approach is child-centered, focusing on their strengths and interests.

Jennifer's deep understanding of natural language acquisition and gestalt language processing allows her to tailor language goals to suit the individual needs of each child. She excels in various areas, including articulation and phonology, language development, early intervention, caregiver coaching, and literacy support. Furthermore, Jennifer is trained in myofunctional therapy and can assess and provide therapy for orofacial myofunctional disorders. This helps promote proper tongue posture, nasal breathing, and lip seal, contributing to overall communication and oral health.
