Glowing Growth utilizes ABA strategies to develop tailored intervention plans for learners, with or without a formal diagnosis, who may benefit from behavioural support. Our approach emphasizes understanding each learner’s unique needs, using assessment tools to identify specific skill deficits or behavioural concerns. We create focused programs that promote skills in areas such as emotional regulation, daily living, social engagement, and academic support. Whether addressing general behavioural needs, executive functioning challenges, or support for families and educators, our goal is to help each learner build essential skills and make meaningful progress across all areas of life. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

At Glowing Growth, we provide ABA-based support for learners with ASD to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills. Through individualized programming, we address specific behavioural needs, using evidence-based techniques to promote meaningful interactions, adaptive behaviours, and independence.

Learning Disabilities (LD)

Our ABA-based interventions for learning disabilities focus on reinforcing positive learning behaviors, improving task completion, and addressing frustration tolerance. Through structured, supportive strategies, we help clients build academic and functional skills. Glowing Growth’s support enables learner with LD to build essential skills in a structured, supportive manner.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) 

We apply ABA interventions to build sustained attention, self-regulation, and organizational skills in individuals with ADHD. Our programs focus on reinforcing positive behaviors and developing coping mechanisms to manage impulsivity and hyperactivity. 

Anxiety

For learners struggling with anxiety, Glowing Growth combines ABA and ACTr to reduce avoidance behaviours and encourage positive coping mechanisms. Our programs focus on helping learners identify and manage triggers, build relaxation techniques, and practice exposure to gradually overcome fears. Through ABA and ACT-based support, learners learn to accept and work through their anxiety, ultimately enhancing their quality of life and personal growth.

Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

For learner with intellectual/Developmental disabilities, Glowing Growth emphasizes skill-building in adaptive functioning, communication, and social engagement. Our ABA programs focus on improving independence in daily living activities. We prioritize collaboration with families to create a supportive environment that encourages long-term skill development and social integration.
